William A. Hagan was the fourth Dean of the New York State College of Veterinary Medicine. His term ran from 1932-1959. Hagan also served on the administrative committee that governed the college from 1931-1932, after the death of the third dean, Pierre A. Fish. Also on that committee were Drs.
